Former Missouri Tigers star Kim English is still a fan favorite among Tigers fans in the state of Missouri. The flamboyant, talkative and fun English will almost always be seemingly adored in Columbia.
But after making just three of his 11 attempts from the field, including an 0-for-4 performance from behind the arc, English was cut by the Pistons on Thursday afternoon.

English appeared in 41 games for the Pistons last season, averaging 9.9 minutes per game and scored just 2.9 points per contest and shot 28 percent from behind the three-point arc.
Meanwhile, former Mizzou point guard Phil Pressey shined for the Boston Celtics on Thursday.
Pressey scored just six points on 2-for-9 shooting from the floor, but did dish out 10 assists and make three steals.
