Nike is doing everything it can to give Alabama the edge over Notre Dame for the BCS title game.

Bama will be sporting a brand new uniform for the biggest game of the college football season, and Nike is pegging it as its “most innovative uniform system.”

The “new” uniform is called the Nike Pro Combat Hypercool Uniform and looks eerily similar to the classic white on white Crimson Tide uni. According to Nike, the fabric has been upgraded with such features as “Nike Chain Maille Mesh” and its Nike Pro Combat Hypercool Speed Top features “Nike Dri-Fit fabrication.”

In other words, the new uniforms look and probably feel really awesome.

Alabama Quarterback AJ McCarron Is a Huge Sneakerhead

There are a lot of people who are a part of the sneaker game. In there, you will most likely see sneakerheads, collectors, resellers and hypebeasts. Mixed fortunes for SEC in bowl season

English: Nick Saban after the Alabama vs. Arkansas game, thanking the Alabama student section. (Photo credit: Wikipedia)  The SEC may be considered the strongest conference in college football, but so far the 2012/13 bowl season hasn’t shown it.   Through Thursday’s games, in fact, the SEC is batting a mere .500 (a 3-3 record), with surprising losses for Florida (to Louisville...
