Les Miles may be a proud coach who stands up for his players, but he also may have a screw or two loose. LSU came away with a dramatic victory over Ole Miss on Saturday during which it erased a 35-28 deficit in the fourth quarter. The Tigers never led in the second half before freshman running back Jeremy Hill ran for a touchdown with 15 seconds remaining to give LSU a hard-fought 41-35 win.
As you may have gathered from the video above, Miles was pleased with his team after the game. He went ballistic in praising his players and even told any females out there to give them a kiss right on the lips when they see them. He also dropped an f-bomb when emphasizing how proud he was of the Tigers for not packing it in.
This is not the first time we have seen an animated Miles. Remember, this is also the same guy who has admitted to eating cow tongue and inspired other coaches to eat grass. Saturday’s rant, however is definitely up there with some of the best Les moments of all time.
Give him all of the awards. All of them. That’s what I said to my wife after watching his little chat (therapy, really) with the media following the team’s win against Ole Miss. I will say no more. Just enjoy, reflect, and enjoy Les Miles as… Les Miles.
Check out the video. LSU head football coach Les Miles was very emotional after his Tigers overcame a seven-point deficit in the fourth quarter to beat the Ole Miss Rebels, 41-35. At one point, he dropped an F-bomb. At another point, he said his players deserved a big kiss.
LSU squeaked out a 41-35 win over Ole Miss today, scoring with just under a minute to play to pull it out. This, of course, led to a Les Miles post-game press conference that is equal parts passion, savagery, euphoria, elation, humor and pride, peppered with an F-bomb and some weird bowling imitation. It was a veritable cornucopia of emotions from the LSU coach.
In other words...
The LSU Tigers rallied from behind to notch a thrilling 41-35 victory over the visiting Ole Miss Rebels on Saturday. Needless to say, LSU head coach Les Miles was very emotional afterward.Watch as Miles pays tribute to his seniors on Senior Day by dropping an expletive followed by a relatively homophobic remark followed by a depiction of how the back-and-forth game went. Good stuff.
Les Miles gave one of the best post-game speeches I have heard in quite a while. Following the Tigers 41-35 victory over Mississippi on Saturday, Les took to the podium to express his love for his players, and a few other things. Enjoy, we did.

LSU barely survived Ole Miss at home on Saturday, but the occasion was still meaningful enough for Tigers head coach Les Miles to unleash one of the most epic press conference soundbytes of the year. It's not really fair to call this a "rant", rather... *scratches head*... I actually have no idea what to call this soundbyte because it's so unlike anything else...

Les Miles is an emotional guy. Get him worked up and he may let one slip. The Tigers had just defeated Ole Miss in a game that was a lot closer than everyone thought it would be.

They don’t call him the Mad Hatter for nothing. LSU Head Coach Les Miles gave a press conference for the ages here in this little just under 2 minute snippet alone.
It’s very Coachy McCoachington which is unintentionally funny in itself.
But then you have his little dance and swearing to accompany his INTENSITY.

One can only imagine how badly Hugh Freeze covets a victory at LSU in his first season as head coach at Mississippi.
Sure, the Rebels and Tigers have been rivals for over a century. But Ole Miss (5-5, 2-4 Southeastern Conference) heads into Death Valley on Saturday afternoon needing only one more victory to become bowl eligible. It would only enhance what has already been a notable...
While its matchup with Arkansas won't have the weighty anticipation from previous years, LSU knows other factors make this game meaningful.
The eighth-ranked Tigers still have a slim chance to reach the SEC championship game and can bolster their BCS hopes by getting past the struggling Razorbacks on Friday.

Details from the fallout between Jason Kidd and former lead assistant Lawrence Frank have emerged. Kidd reportedly blew up on Frank in a coaches meeting in a profanity-driven blast, which included ordering Frank to “not f—ing move” when on the bench during games. Frank was very vocal and interactive early in the season, and that trend drastically diminished as the season moved...

Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp signed an eight-year, $160 million contract extension in November of 2011, and the 29-year-old outfielder has not come close to living up to the standard set by that deal. Kenneth Edward Tarr is learning a lesson that many criminals have learned. Don’t brag about your crime. Police have arrested a man in Los Angeles who they say pranked at least a dozen coaches from the NFL, NBA and college football into believing he was offering them jobs with pro or college teams.
