I had to take back my original iPhone yesterday to the Apple Store for a replacement, after having some hardware issues with the touch screen. I explained my situation to one of the guys at the store and after I demonstrated the problem, he simply handed me a new iPhone and said if you have any more problems, just bring it back in. Thats it!I was ready to wait a couple days while it was sent out for repair, I was wondering if I was going to get a replacement phone in the meantime, would their be a charge for the repair, NO! They just took out my SIM card and put it in the new phone and sent me on my way. Great customer experience, and still a great phone. Thanks Apple!
