My three cents on the Jesse Jackson brouhaha

I heard the cops were called after today's taping of ESPN's Outside the Lines because the homie Bomani Jones murdered the two other guests. In this clip they discuss Jesse Jackson's "runaway slave" statements about Dan Gilbert and LeBron James: please click here to watch it if you haven't already.The only thing that could have increased the pwnage of Bomani's appearance was if while one of the other guys talked he had made sarcastic crying motions, a la Royce Reed from Basketball Wives...Ok, now that I'm here I suppose I should say something on the matter. There was one point from Dennis Manoloff (dude in the middle) that resonated with me. He asked if Jesse Jackson would have made this statement if LeBron James were white. To which Mr. Jones asked if Dan Gilbert would have written the letter if LeBron were white. I don't know any of these people personally of course, but I feel that Gilbert still would have written the scorned letter (if nothin...
