NASCAR Nationwide Series driver Mike Harmon is apparently both a thief and a liar.Earlier this month, Harmon was accused by fellow driver Jennifer Jo Cobb of stealing Cobb's hauler shortly before a race. The accusation isn't too surprising considering the two drivers have been caught up in a legal dispute for awhile now. However, Harmon quickly denied the allegation, but was arrested May 15 on felony larceny and breaking and entering charges, anyway."The truth has got to come out (on who stole it)," Harmon said. "It's not me."“I want it known that I have never stolen so much as a piece of bubble gum in my life,” he wrote. “I did not take JJC hauler, there is no video of me anywhere near her shop. Today she was the windshield & I was the bug, but when we get in FEDERAL court in a couple wks there’s a boulder coming.”Read more here: was eventually released on $10,000 bond.On Tuesday, deputies performed a search at Harmon's shop in North Carolina and discovered five racing trucks and two racing cars, all of which investigators believe belong to Cobb. Apparently, Harmon is guilty as charged.Investigators are slated to meet with the district attorney soon to determine whether additional charges will be made. Cobb estimated the value of the hauler and its contents at roughly $279,000.Via Deadspin
