5’9 point guard Nate Robinson is used to putting on the uniforms of different teams. After playing with the Knicks from 2005-2010, Nate Robinson has played for the Celtics, Thunder, Warriors, and Bulls. Well now you can add a 5th team to that list. According to Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports and Sam Amick of USA Today, Nate Robinson has agreed to a 2 year, $4M deal with the Denver Nuggets.
Nate Robinson should be a good fit with the Nuggets given that he likes to run up and down the court at blistering speeds with a very high motor. He should be a perfect substitute off the bench for Ty Lawson and Andre Miller at the point guard position as well as a good backcourt mate for either player. The Nuggets have gotten better as a result of this acquisition and also a lot more exciting. Expect basketball in the Mile High City to be very exciting this upcoming season. Especially with Nate Robinson and Kenneth Faried hooking up on alley-oops.
