Conference Tournaments are happening and March Madness is right around the corner.  That means the NBA draft is starting to take shape!  We all know the Philadelphia 76ers are the worst team in the NBA, but will they win the lottery?  Is Andrew Wiggins still the concenssu number one pick or has Jabari Parker taken over?  You could argue a healthy Joel Embiid for top bidding as well!  This is the best time of the year, when everyone loves basketball and the MLB is about to throw out its first pitch of the new season!1.) Philadelphia 76ers Jabari Parker  SF/PF Duke, FrEveryone assumed this pick would be Wiggins, regardless of who landed the pick2.) Milwaukee Bucks Andrew Wiggins  SF Kansas, FrThe last thing the Bucks need is another big.  With Larry Sanders, John Henson and Ersan Ilyasova on board, they need to focus on finding some depth at the guard position.  However, Jabari Parker could play along side any combo of those three3.) Orlando Magic Marcus Smart  PG Oklahoma State, SophOrlando has been tied to Smart since last draft, and with Jameer Nelson on the way out, Smart and Oladipo give the Magic their backcourt of the future4.) Boston Celtics Joel Embiid  C Kansas, FrAs much as I like Kelly Olynyk, there is little doubt he will be a starting C in the NBA.  Injured or not, if Embiid come out and the Celtics can draft him, they should5.) Los Angeles Lakers Dante Exum  PG/SG Australian Institute of Sport, IntlThe Lakers have run Steve Nash, Steve Blake, Jordan Farmar and Kendall Marshall at the PG position this season.  They were not the teams problems, but unless they believe in Marshall, none of them are the future either6.) Sacramento Kings Julius Randle  PF Kentucky, Fr The Kings continue to clog up their front court adding players like Rudy Gay and Derrick Williams, but none of them can actually play the 4 and Julius Randle next to DeMarcus Cousins sound nice7.) Utah Jazz Nik Stauskas  SG Michigan, SophThe Jazz have done a nice job drafting in recent years, adding Trey Burke, Alec Burks and Gordon Hayward. However, they have very little depth at the guard position8.) Denver Nuggets (via New York Knicks) Noah Vonleh  PF/C Indiana, FrThe Nuggets are locked into almost all of their current contracts.  They should take the best player available9. ) Cleveland Cavaliers Doug McDermott  SF Creighton, SrWith Luol Deng and C.J. Miles both heading toward free agency, Doug McDermott could start next season as the Cavaliers starting SF and a much needed floor spacer10.) Charlotte Bobcats Gary Harris  SG Michigan State, SophThe "Hornets" have surprised everyone this season.  They clearly need help in the backcourt as they traded for Luke Ridnour and Gary Neal at the trade deadline11.) Philadelphia 76ers Aaron Gordon  PF Arizona, FrIf the Sixers can add both Parker and Gordon, they win the draft.  Pair them up with Michael Carter-Williams and Nerlens Noel and you have a bright future in Philly12.) Orlando Magic Rodney Hood  SF Duke, SophThe Magic need to find a partner for Nikola Vucevic in the front court, but Rodney Hood is the best player available13.) Minnesota Timberwolves Tyler Ennis  PG Syracuse, FrI don't think Ricky Rubio or Kevin Love will re-sign with Minnesota.  The Timberwolves need to start drafting for that day14.) Phoenix Suns Dario Saric  SF/PF Cibona Zagreb, IntlIf you thought the Bobcats surprised people, how about the Suns!?  Trading Luis Scola for Gerald Green, Miles Plumlee and a late 1st round pick was the best move last offseason.  Now they need to find another piece15.) Atlanta Hawks Jerami Grant  SF Syracuse, SophI think having to start DeMarre Carroll is a problem 16.) Chicago Bulls (via Charlotte Bobcats Kyle Anderson  SF UCLA, SophDerrick Rose will be back, eventually.  D.J. Augustin has probably played himself into a new contract from the Bulls front office.  SF is a weak spot on this roster17.) Boston Celtics (via Brooklyn Nets) Zach LaVine  SG UCLA, FrRajon Rondo or no Rajon Rondo, the Celtics have little guard depth18.) Phoenix Suns (via Washington Wizards) Glenn Robinson  SF Michigan, SophCrowded front and back courts, a wing player is a need for the Suns19.) Chicago Bulls Montrezl Harrell  PF Louisville, SophEven if the Bulls can't move Carlos Boozer and his expiring contract in the offseason, they will need to replace Taj Gibson on the bench the following season20.) Toronto Raptors Willie Cauley-Stein  C Kentucky, SophThey will be lucky if Cauley-Stein falls this far, but sometimes these things happen21.) Memphis Grizzlies James Young  SG/SF Kentucky, FrThey need help at the SG/SF position22.) Dallas Mavericks Adreian Payne  PF Michigan State, SrThe Dallas Mavericks need a big body23.) Utah Jazz (via Golden State Warriors) Deonte Burton  PG Nevada, SrUtah struggled without leadership at the PG position to start the season.  Trey Burke will need a trusty backup24.) Charlotte Bobcats (via Portland Trailblazers) Semaj Christon  PG Xavier, SophThey need to continue to strengthen their weakness.  Kemba plays most minutes, but they have no protection in case of injury25.) Los Angeles Clippers Jusuf Nurkic  C Cedevita, IntlOutside of Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan, the Clippers have nothing in the front court26.) Houston Rockets C.J. Fair SF, SyracuseThe Rockets bench has a gaping hole at the SF position27.) Miami Heat T.J. Warren  SF/PF N.C. State, SophMiami might be starting from scratch this offseason28.) Phoenix Suns (via Indiana Pacers) Bogdan Bogdanovic  SG Partizan, IntlA full roster they will need to draft a player who they can store overseas29.) Oklahoma City Thunder Wayne Selden  SG Kansas, FrSomeone is going to have to replace James Harden eventually.  Jeremy Lamb has hit a wall after a nice start30.) San Antonio Spurs Clint Capela  PF Chalon, IntlDoing what the Spurs do best
