Need some men

Last night as I watched the first half of the Temple game, I watched on ESPN Classic as well. They were showing "40 Minutes of Hell," as story about Norm Richardson's coaching career at Arkansas. At one point in the program they spoke of the year Arkansas was ranked #2 when they were getting ready to play UNLV who were # 1. UNLV was led by Larry Johnson. Midway through the first half as UNLV was pulling away, Larry Johnson went past Norm Richardson and stated "You need to get some men." UNLV crushed them that day. I bring this up as it appears this analogy should be given to Mack. He needs to bring some Men to Xavier who play like men with no fear. Not coming into games not ready but as men who are ready to go. I really enjoyed watching the show and would recommend it to anyone.
