And then there were 16. With the Sweet 16 determined, Bovada has released updates odds for all 16 teams to win the national championship on April 8 in Atlanta.
15-seed Cinderella, Florida Gulf Coast is (not surprisingly) the longest shot at 75/1. Would I put any cash on them? Heck no. 11-seeded LaSalle sits at 66/1. 9-seed Wichita State and 3-seed Marquette are both oddly 40/1 odds to win the whole shabang.
Michigan State’s and Michigan’s odds have improved since the start of the tournament. They were both put at 18/1 before the Dance. State now sits at 14/1 and Michigan at 11/1. In Friday’s regional semifinals, Michigan is 2-point underdog against Kansas. Michigan State is also a 2-point underdog against Duke.
