RB Chris Ivory Making Seattle Defenders Look Silly (Source: Yardbarker.com) Kick off specialist Courtney Roby has watched his team play from the sideline for the last two and a half weeks after suffering a concussion in week fourteens game against the St. Louis Rams. The injured occurred while he was attempting to run back a kick in the third quarter. He was hit hard which forced a fumble and during the ensuing scramble for the ball took knee to the neck by fellow teammate Matt Giordano. Roby lay motionless on the field for several minutes before carted where he was later taken to a local hospital for evaluation. All tests indicated that no actual damage had been done to his neck and he was released the following day. He now will not get the chance to return to the filed this season as the Saints announced today that the have placed him on the injured reserve list.
