1. Kansas City Chiefs: Luke Joeckel T Texas A&MJoeckel seems to be a mainstay at this No. 1 pick no matter what happens. I still think they will trade this pick and stock up on others.2. Jacksonville Jaguars: Eric Fisher T Central MichiganEric Fisher makes tons of sense on a team with many needs. Fisher might be the 2nd best player available so this makes for a perfect fit.3. Oakland Raiders: Sharrif Floyd DT FloridaThis is becoming one of the only locks in the first round. Floyd fills a big need in the Raiders' defense with the loss of Seymour and Kelly. He has a odd combination of strength and speed.4. Philadelphia Eagles: Dion Jordan DE/OLB OregonEagles need the top guy available, and as many have put it, this guy Dion Jordan might be the best player in the Draft. He also fits the Chip Kelly defense.5. Detroit Lions: Lane Johnson T OklahomaThis is my surprise top 10 pick I talked about yesterday. If you follow me on twitter (@nickbarlottafn) you will see it.  Lions need someone to protect Stafford and Lane Johnson could be comparable to Fisher and Joeckel in some ways.6. Cleveland Browns: Dee Milliner CB AlabamaThis IS the Browns' guy, they want him more than anybody else. I believe he is the top guy on their board. They look to pair him with Joe Haden and that would be a scary combination.7. Arizona Cardinals: Star Lotulelei DT UtahThis is an odd pick for them; but, Jordan is gone, all tackles and Dee gone -- they have no choice but to take Star here.8. Buffalo Bills: Ryan Nassib QB SyracuseRyan Nassib is the quarterback they want. The new head coach, Doug Marrone, loves him and so do the Bills. I don't think they will wait until the second round -- they will pounce on him here. 9. New York Jets: Barkevious Mingo OLB LSUThe organization loves him here, and couldn't look at another player who fits the system better than him.10. Tennessee Titans: Jonathan Cooper G North CarolinaThey are not opposed to bringing in another guard despite signing Levitre, and I firmly believe they, as well as me, like Cooper above Warmack.11. San Diego Chargers: Ezekiel Ansah DE BYUThis guy is at top of many people boards, so they can't not take him. I believe they will trade somewhere in late-first, early-second to get Justin Pugh.12. Miami Dolphins: Chance Warmack G AlabamaWarmack would be a massive upgrade over John Jerry, and if they can get him here they will be dancing.13. New York Jets: Geno Smith QB WVUI think secretly they are looking at a new franchise quarterback, they will make it known Thursday the 25th.14. Carolina Panthers: Tavon Austin WR WVUMakes a lot of sense with Steve Smith getting older. Austin will be a nice addition to a weak corps of receivers.15. New Orleans Saints: Jarvis Jones OLB GeorgiaThis guy seems like he doesn't like to work hard. Sean Payton will solve that; he won't allow him to slack.16. St. Louis Rams: Kenny Vaccaro S TexasThe Rams are desperate for safety help.17. Pittsburgh Steelers: Bjoern Werner DE Florida StateNot sure what it is but Werner just seems like a Steelers kind of pick.18. Dallas Cowboys: D.J Fluker T AlabamaDallas needs help all over their offensive line and Fluker is a versatile player that would work in this system. Cowboys' perfect scenario would be a guard but they can settle with Fluker.19. New York Giants: Xavier Rhodes CB Florida StateThis makes some sense here. They can use a shutdown corner and Rhodes fits that mold. Much like Richardson he was expected to go higher but it seems he could drop to end of round one.20. Chicago Bears: Manti Te'o MLB Notre DameI've laughed at him being a first-round talent. But lately with Urlacher not coming back and a big need at inside linebacker this pick seems appealing to me.21. Cincinnati Bengals: Jonathan Cyprien S Florida InternationalHard-hitting safety is a surprise pick for the Bengals, lately they have been linked to safety and he is the best available at this position.22. St. Louis Rams: Cordarrelle Patterson WR TennesseePatterson can give Bradford a top-flight option going down field.23. Minnesota Vikings: Sheldon Richardson DT MissouriRichardson should not be this deep, but with Star going so late it delayed Richardson. The Vikings will be ecstatic to bring in Sheldon.24. Indianapolis Colts: Desmond Trufant CB WashingtonMakes sense to fill the cornerback need.25. Minnesota Vikings: DeAndre Hopkins WR ClemsonThis guy has one of the best pair of hands I have personally ever seen. Also his closing speed is already making D-coordinator cringe.26. Green Bay Packers: Justin Pugh G/T SyracusePugh is a god fit as they could use some inside help. Another name to think about is Travis Frederick.27. Houston Texans: Justin Hunter WR TennesseeThe ceiling fell out from under him a few months ago but he hasn't stopped working to put himself back in the first round conversation. 28. Denver Broncos: Tank Carradine DE Florida StateCarradine might be one of the hidden gems in this Draft. To get him at No. 28 could be a real steal.29. New England Patriots: Keenan Allen WR CaliforniaThis might be a little iffy but I like what I see here.30. Atlanta Falcons: Jamar Taylor CB Boise StateTaylor is a full-fledged top prospect, he fits in this overlooked defense.31. San Fransisco 49ers: Matt Elam S FloridaThey need a safety and he could work in this without a doubt ridiculous defense.32. Baltimore Ravens: Alec Ogeltree LB GeorgiaHim being here this late is a steal but I like what I see fit wise.Notes*Tyler Eifert will go in the first round, it will happen by trade. Without trade I can't see him fitting**Three or more trades I expect to happen*
