Ottawa Senators pest Chris Neil is nasty and a pain to play against, but it looks like Brooks Oprik found a way to one-up him during Game 1, which the Penguins won 4-1 at Consol Energy Center. The Penguins defenseman gave Neil a double-cup-check during the third period. Neil's one tough dude. Brooks' first cup check actually lifts Neil off of his feet! Orpik was all over the place during the Penguins' Game 1 win. He even lit up Eric Gryba earlier in the game. If you recall, Gryba made a name for himself (good or bad, depending on your opinion of this hit ) during the first round when he lit up Montreal's Lars Eller in Game 1 and was suspended for two games. KINGS OF TWITTER The LA Kings' stellar Twitter account has struck again. With the Kings heading into the third period of Game 1 against the San Jose Sharks with a 2-0 lead at Staples Center, this is what the Kings' tweeps came up with: The Kings passing tonight is as tight as Jeff Carters abs. cc @ theroyalhalf -- LA Kings (@LAKings) May 15, 2013 And in case you were really wondering, here's what the Kings star looks like without his jersey on: KINGS' GOOD LUCK CHARM? Pia Toscano is back at it again. Don't know her? Well, she's the Kings' national anthem singer who became the pretty face and the voice of the LA's 2012 Cup run. The Boston Bruins may have Rene Rancourt and the Philadelphia Flyers had Kate Smith, but only in LA would a hottie singer-artist become the traditional voice of a pro hockey team's national anthem. Check out her performance on Tuesday: THIS IS MANTASTIC! Some fans are willing to go the extra mile. This Pens fan is definitely one of those. Pittsburgh Post-Gazette writer Seth Rorabaugh tweeted out this fan's unbelievable manscaping skills. Check it out. This fan brought to you by Norelco: twitter.com/emptynetters/s... -- Seth Rorabaugh (@emptynetters) May 14, 2013 It that's not enough, Rorabaugh let us know that The King's in the building too. Elvis is in the building: twitter.com/emptynetters/s... -- Seth Rorabaugh (@emptynetters) May 14, 2013 How could the Pens lose with all this kind of backing? A LITTLE LILO FOR YA Four different Penguins scored in the Game 1 win, including defenseman Paul Martin's tally just 2:41 into the contest. All the scoring got the attention of the one and only Happy Gilmore. Penguins score faster than Lindsay Lohan on a Friday night. -- Happy Gilmore (@_Happy_Gilmore) May 14, 2013
