North Dakota Announces Home and Home with Montana

UND announced Tuesday that it has signed a home-and-home contract with MontanaThe Sioux will play in Missoula next season, with Montana returning the game in the Alerus Center in 2013.The Grizzlies won FCS titles in 1995 and 2001. They’ve already sold 19,000 season tickets for this season and all of their games will be televised across Montana. The Grizzlies have won or shared the past 11 Big Sky Conference championships and can tie the national record for consecutive league titles with another one this season.Montana and UND had two common opponents last season — Southern Utah and Idaho State. The Sioux split with the two, beating Idaho State 38-35 and losing to Southern Utah 15-14. Montana won both, beating Idaho State 29-10 and Southern Utah 46-10.UND and Montana are no strangers. For years, they played annually before Montana moved up to Division I.
