Notre Dame Lands A #2 Seed, While Pitt Whores Itself Out

As was expected, the Notre Dame basketball team was given a #2 seed in the NCAA tournament. The Irish will play the Akron Zips, in Chicago, on Friday. If the Irish win, they will face the winner of the Texas A&M and Florida State game.

Notre Dame shot itself in the foot by losing to Louisville in the Big East tournament. If the Irish would have won that game, they most likely would have been a number 1 seed.

But what about Pitt?
