With their 3rd pick - number 104 overall - the Yanks selected Zach McAllister, RHP, Illinois Valley Central High.(can't find a picture)Scouting Report: Big kid (6'5", 230) with good stuff - low-to-mid 90s heat, slider and change. He's polished for a high schooler, and has grown 3 inches in the last year alone. Owns a nice and easy delivery that he repeats well. He's got a commitment to Nebraska, but the Yanks should be able to change his mind and convice him to turn pro with the 6-figure bonus his draft position warrants.Outlook: He'll likely head to the GCL Yanks to start his pro career. His polish may allow to move fast a la Phil Hughes, but don't expect him to be the second coming of Hughes. There's no more sandwich picks to worry about, so the Yanks remaining selections come ever...
