Young is a solid player that should be able to help the Raiders secondary. He recorded 53 tackles, 1.5 sacks and 3 interceptions last season.
Overall the Raiders haven’t improved their team that much. But that’s what happens when you don’t have a lot of cap room.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that free agent QB Seneca Wallace will travel to Oakland for a visit with the Raiders after meeting with the Seahawks on Monday.
