Fox Sports Southwest:
Ole Miss has arguably the best tailgating scene in college football.
When Texas A&M traveled to Oxford, Miss. last weekend, the folks from TexAgs.com toured The Grove and stumbled upon a Rebels fan with a lot to say.
"My favorite thing about The Grove is hands down the alcohol," the nameless brunette said. "I love school spirit, but let's not get me wrong. I wouldn't have school spirit without a couple vodka waters"
Ole Miss is on a three-game losing streak, but what happens on the football field isn't what's most important, according to her.
"Everyone has the same mission and the mission is we don't care about anything but the party," she said. "Ole Miss never loses a party."
With reigning Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel in town, Rebels fans weighed in the debate of who's better -- Peyton Manning or his little brother, former Ole Miss quarterback Eli.
Of course she picked Eli.
"Peyton chose to go to Tennessee and that's a little bit of a dose of some BS." she said.
Before getting back to the party on The Grove, she had shared a few more words about being a student at Ole Miss.
"As long as you get a 2.0, it's all about the experience, and we only live once," she said. "Ole Miss we may all have lower IQs. I have a higher IQ than most people. We'll no that's a lie.
"My favorite thing about Ole Miss is the education I receive here -- psych!"
Her parents must be very proud.

Jim Irsay is supposed to be doing something amazing for the return of Peyton Manning in Indianapolis. Well today, Irsay didn’t feel like it was neccessary to say something good about Peyton but rather drag his legacy through the dirt. irsay called out peyton for not winning Super Bowl’s and gives Peyton credit for them […]

(Eds: With AP Photos.) By JIM LITKE AP Sports Columnist Peyton Manning strides across America this week like some modern-day Colossus, blocking out the sun from every other story on the NFL's broad horizon.
His back foot is planted squarely in Denver, the front one hovers just above the giant footprint he left behind in Indianapolis. Yet somehow the hype has stretched even further...
Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay is under fire this week for comments he made about Peyton Manning. NFL media and fans are outraged at those comments yet an objective look into what Irsay said would reveal…gasp…he’s right!
Sunday Night Football is supposed to feature the best game of the week. I’d say they nailed it in week 7 with the undefeated Denver Broncos heading to Indianapolis to face the 4-2 Colts. There won’t be a bigger headline than Peyton Manning heading home to face the franchise he led for 14 seasons. Some people might get caught up in things other than the tremendous storyline, like…the...
Jeff Saturday is torn.
It was here, in Indianapolis, where he got a legitimate chance to make an NFL roster. It was here he earned five Pro Bowl trips, won two AFC titles and a Super Bowl ring, and became one of the city's favorite players. It is here where he still lives and works, returning after one final NFL season in Green Bay, and it is here where he will always be known...

When Peyton Manning retires, he will have only Johnny Unitas to contend with for the honor of greatest quarterback in Indianapolis (or Baltimore) Colts history. The numbers speak for themselves. Manning is probably the best regular season quarterback in NFL history, and he has a Super Bowl ring to go along with his incredible statistics. […]
(Eds: With AP Photos.) By MICHAEL MAROT AP Sports Writer The resumes of Andrew Luck and Peyton Manning are strikingly similar.
Their fathers both played in the NFL, they both left their home state to attend college, finished as Heisman Trophy runners-up and were chosen No. 1 overall by Colts owner Jim Irsay. Heck, they even wound up as Pro Bowl teammates in February.
So, as the...
Exactly... Those four words will forever be debated against each other. Did the Indianapolis Colts do the wrong thing by getting rid of Peyton Manning? Is Andrew Luck going to be as good as Manning? Those questions are real, but are amplified because the Colts and Broncos play each other this upcoming Monday night.
The fact of the matter is that Manning is a great quarterback. He is easily one
Even while defending Peyton Manning, former Colts general manager Bill Polian couldn’t resist an opportunity to slight the Patriots.
On Wednesday, Polian weighed in the controversy — created by Colts owner Jim Irsay‘s need to hear himself talk — regarding Manning’s exit from Indianapolis.
Irsay had referenced the quarterback’s lone Super Bowl ring, compared to Tom Brady‘s...
What a shame that the Peyton Manning Bowl is so under-publicized! Wow this Indianapolis Colts versus Denver Broncos game on Sunday night is completely under-the-radar. It’s a shame they can’t generate more buzz for such a “sleeper” and overlooked contest.
Obviously, you know I’m joking. If not…to quote the obese Comic Book Guy from The Simpsons, “since you are unfamiliar...

The Colts have to regroup quickly with unbeaten Denver coming to town next weekend, and that's just the way they seem to like it.
Less than 24 hours after an uncharacteristically sub-par performance at San Diego, coach Chuck Pagano started to turn his attention toward the return of Peyton Manning with the surging Broncos.
Pagano couldn't quite explain what happened in Monday...
