Olympics: Go Back to the Future

This morning I came across this "Guide to the Sexy [Lady] Olympians of Vancouver."I don't normally link to skin posts here, but given my noted hypothesis that a return to "the naked Olympics" of Ancient Greece might be the only way to reverse civilization's decline, this post presents an obvious exception. More importantly, the Guide to the Sexy Lady Olympians of Vancouver reminded me that I ended up buying the book that I cited in the above linked Olympics post from '08 regarding "the “pageantry and squalor,” of the original games, “with its beautiful bodies, rotting meat, flies, and broiling heat.” Even better, I've made it halfway through. The book is called "The Naked Olympics," and it's written by Tony Perrottet.  But before I get to some of what's in it, take a quick look at this 2008 piece from The London Daily Mail that our good friend left in the comments to Tuesday's post on the old Richfield Coliseum.
