A Labor Day weekend full of racing. The best way to spend your Labor Day weekend is to watch the Sprint Cup, Nationwide and Trucks race around the Atlanta Motor Speedway. Night races at Atlanta always have a special feeling but when we have a three night races in the same weekend at Atlanta, that is incredible. All weekend long we’ll see great racing at Atlanta and something big will happen in each and every race.

The truck series heads to Atlanta for a Friday Night showdown and all drivers are chasing Timothy Peters. Peters is the point’s leader and he won last week’s race at Bristol after leading all 204 laps. Peters is the man to beat in the Camping World Truck Series and we’ll see if he can keep up his hot streak Friday Night in Atlanta.

The NASCAR Nationwide Series heads to Atlanta for a show full of fireworks Saturday Night. After last week’s race at Bristol, drivers are fired up and ready to race. We saw tempers flare last week in Bristol and we should expect the same Saturday Night in Atlanta.

The Sprint Cup Race rounds out the weekend full of night racing in Atlanta with their Sunday night showdown. A Sunday Night race is always full of excitement, the other Sunday Night race the Sprint Cup Series competed in was the Coca Cola 600 and that race was incredible. Different drivers like Jeff Gordon, Ryan Newman, Kyle Busch, Marcos Ambrose, Carl Edwards and Joey Logano all need a win to have a shot at making the Chase and when seven drivers need a win, that should create excitement in itself. Tune into SPEED and ESPN all weekend to watch some great racing action from Atlanta. Below is the on-track racing schedule for this weekend in Atlanta.
