Our station is going to become 730 Yahoo! Sports

The station has signed a deal with Yahoo! Sports Radio and will become 730 Yahoo! Sports on Monday. When left with no programming after Entercom stole our Fox Sports affiliation away, we became #VernoRadio and ran my show on a loop - that entire story is HERE. The level of support from listeners and sponsors was crazy, and what was supposed to be a survival tactic actually ended up working. More people were getting to hear the show than ever before, we got local and national publicity, and small business owners both locally and nationally were sending words of encouragement and offering any assistance that we would need.As you may know, within the last year what was once Sporting News radio has become Yahoo! Sports Radio. When given the opportunity to become a Yahoo! affiliate it was a no-brainer. We need that programming and that affiliation if we can get it.
