Beer Mug Sports:
Could Peyton Manning soon be announcing that he is a Dolphin? It has been all over sports television and the internet this week the rift between Manning and Colts owner Jim Irsay. There have been a ton of articles on the Miami Dolphins interest in Peyton. Guess what city Peyton was in this past Wednesday? Miami!!! Beer Mug Sports confimed with a manager at Philippe that Peyton and his wife Ashley dined there for dinner on Wednesday night and that Manning "taking his talents to South Beach" were all the talk at the restaurant.

Lucas Oil Stadium has been called "The House that Peyton Built." It has been suggested by many that, were it not for the success of the Peyton Manning-led Colts, the franchise would have been relocated to Los Angeles years ago. Peyton Manning is universally accepted as one of the best players in NFL history, and is - without a doubt - the greatest player in the Indianapolis...
Whether he plays another down in the NFL or not, Peyton Manning of the Indianapolis Colts is without a doubt a first ballot Hall of Famer. Jim Irsay expects Peyton Manning to keep his complaints to himself. Or at least within the confines of the Colts' team complex.
Peyton Manning and Colts owner Jim Irsay insist they are just fine after a week filled with complaints and comments suggesting a rift had developed following one of the most miserable seasons in team history.
Rob Lowe could have jumped the gun when he said Peyton Manning is going to retire in the off-season. I think it is time for the warhorse who has had a great career to hang up his cleats and go out while he is still able to function. Manning and Jim Irsay are even at odds. I know they will tell you they are on the same page, truth be told Manning is clearly upset with the changes...
Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay and quarterback Peyton Manning have talked and made up, at least publicly. After four days of exchanging comments through the media that made the Colts sound like a house of dysfunction, the team released a statement Friday to "dispel any misperception that there might be any hard feelings between us."
