The team announced on Tuesday that they have signed center Nerlens Noel and point guard Michael Carter-Williams. The terms of both pacts are not disclosed. While Noel was nursing his knee during the summer league session, Carter-Williams averaged 14.0 points, seven assists, four rebounds and two steals.
