Tonight on “Pushing the Envelope” we once again look at a subject that not too many people like to discuss: the AAU Basketball System. I will ask my two guests, Alex Schwartz and Jeff Borzello, what is the good side of AAU and what is the bad side of it as well. And of course “in the end is it a good or a bad thing” for both the kids, the high schools and the colleges. Alex is the President & Chief Scouting Officer of North Star Basketball while Jeff works for CBSSports.com as a BB recruiting writer as well as run his own blog called BustingtheBrackets.com. Both have years of experience in following the AAU system and hopefully we will be able to find out if AAU is a good or a bad thing!
