This is some next-level stuff right here. We all know that soccer fans can be lunatics, but this guy has gone above and beyond the call of duty.
Look at this outfit. The only thing normal about the guy is the face paint, and even that scares the sh$t out of me. The more and more I look at this, the more I start to think that bicycle wheel rim hat is off the chain. That thing is bad ass.
