The Big Lead:
Best College Sports Towns: According to the list-happy editors at Forbes – 10) State College, 9) College Park, 8 ) Lexington, 7) Fayetteville, 6) Austin, 5) College Station, 4) Palo Alto, 3) Norman, 2) Chapel Hill, 1) Ann Arbor. Pretty weak list. Apologies in advance to Michigan grads but there’s no way Ann Arbor cracks the top five. How do you have a cold weather town first, and no Florida town on the list? [Forbes]
