Back in the day it wasn’t unusual for players to do interviews in the nude, but in the more politically correct society we live in and now, most players put some clothes on. To be fair with the amount of female media members growing that is the proper thing to do. To be honest when I am doing interviews, I don’t want to be looking at a naked man either. Bernard Pollard aka the Patriots Killer doesn’t care about all that, he still prefers to be in the buff if you want to talk to him. Pollard’s confidence reveals itself in the locker room, where he has no qualms about being naked. He will conduct full interviews in the nude. Pants are the enemy. When local journalists gave Pollard their “good guy” award after the 2011 season for being accommodating, they presented him with a pair of boxer shorts, in the hope that he would wear them. His own teammates have encouraged him to use a towel or two. Pollard is going to play a big role in the Super Bowl. The 49ers are still a run first team and your best chance to slow them down is make them one dimensional. Look for Pollard to be up in the box ready to KO someone and hopefully after the game he puts some clothes on.
