NFL Trade Rumors:
Mike Garafolo reports that Giants RB David Wilson will get a second opinion on his neck injury sometime this week.
Garafolo adds that there’s currently no timetable for Wilson’s return and this could end up being a “multi-week injury.“
Wilson was held out of Giants practice Monday and reports from earlier in the day suggested that he is dealing with “some kind of a tingling” in his neck.
New York re-signed Da’Rel Scott on Monday to add some depth as they head into a short week to prepare for Thursday’s game against the Bears. It’s a safe assumption that Wilson will not play in Week 6.
