According to reports Rushel Shell won’t be allowed to transfer from the University of Pittsburgh to either the University of Arizona or Arizona State University. The reason behind blocking him from going to Arizona State lies in the fact that he would be rejoining Todd Graham (who coached at Pitt).
According to ESPN’s Joe Schad, the phenom is also considering UCLA and CAL.
It is hard to imagine that a Pittsburgh native would choose to leave the program when he clearly is the focal point of the offense. At the moment, it appears that Pitt’s loss will be a Pac-12 Program’s gain. You might dash somewhere Rushel, but it won’t be to one of those schools in Arizona.
