It appears the legal action between the Big East Conference and West Virginia over the Mountaineers move to the Big East is over.According to multiple reports, West Virginia is agreeing to pay the Big East $11 million to leave this summer. In addition, the Big East will get another $9 million from the Big 12 to facilitate the move, with the money coming from Missouri and Texas A&M's move to the SEC.Got that?Here's the original story on this from the Charleston Daily-Mail RIGHT HEREWell...quite honestly, the big winner here is the Big East. Not only do they get $20 million that they didn't have, they've already replaced West Virginia. Keeping them would have amounted to holding them hostage.
