Not good in real games, great in fantasy Juan… Week 11 Ride ‘Em Or Hide ‘Em QBs You don’t need me to tell you to start Rodgers, Brees, Ryan or Brady…my mom could figure that out.  Let’s look at some other matchups that could be favorable/unfavorable this week: Juan’s All In On Carson Palmer vs NO The Saints have allowed more points than any other team on the road.  Palmer has been a top 5 guy over the last 2 weeks against the Bucs and Ravens.  Just a hunch that he will have to throw a ton in this game. Ride ‘Em Andrew Luck @ NE Luck continues to impress and the Patriots pass defense continues to look shoddy.  The Pats D has allowed 15 or more points in 6 games this season and Luck should be able to reach that total pretty easily. Andy Dalton @ KC Dalton looks to be playing with more confidence and has the best WR in the NFL to throw to.  The Chiefs played with more heart than ever last week, but will be deflated losing in OT on a short week. Sleepers Nick Foles @ Was Foles will get a whole week of reps as the starter and gets a much easier task with the terrible Redskins secondary this week.  He has skills and has weapons, so he could put up some big numbers. Ryan Fitzpatrick vs Mia The Dolphins have allowed 5 passing TDs in the last 3 weeks and Fitz has thrown multiple TD passes in 6 of his 9 games this season.  A Hail Mary play if you need him. Hide Em Jason Campbell @ SF I wouldn’t even want to start Jay Cutler in this game, never mind Jason Campbell.  Byron Leftwich vs Bal Leftwich is serviceable in real life, but there is no reason to try and start this guy in fantasy leagues. Busts Joe Flacco @ Pit Flacco at home = good.  Flacco on the road = not good.  Josh Freeman @ Car The Panthers D has stepped up big time and has only allowed multiple TD passes 1 time all season.  It’s tough to bench a guy as hot as Freeman, but if you have a better option I would go with it.   Running Backs Wide Receivers Tight Ends Defense/ST

Week 11 Waiver Wire 'n' Flier's

Week 11 bye teams – Tenn, Minn, NYG and SEAQBCarson Palmer– Still only owned in 58% of Yahoo leagues, Palmer is the guy to pick up and start this week.  In his last two games he has thrown for 782 yards and 6 TD’s. This week he returns home to welcome the Saints who allow the MOST points to Fantasy QB’s. With the possibility that McFadden and Goodson miss another game, the...

Offensive Game Grades: Week 10 vs. Baltimore

An all-time franchise record for points allowed tied at 55, a 35-point deficit loss, 3 touchdowns and 1 field goal conceded in just two quarters… The Oakland Raiders defense certainly didn’t have anything close to a good game last Sunday, but the offense wasn’t much better either. Let’s see what the Silver&Black Attack brough to the table against the Ravens [...]

Brandon Myers Passes Concussion Tests

Oakland tight end Brandon Myers has passed his concussion tests and should be ready to play Sunday against New Orleans according to the Contra Costa Times.Fantasy Spin:Myers has emerged as one of quarterback Carson Palmer's favorite targets this season with 44 catches in nine games. Teams have been shredding the Saints' defense all season so as long as Myers doesn't suffer...

Week Eleven Rankings

Week Eleven Rankings Doug Martin is ranked in as a top-five option with the Bucs squaring off against the beatable Panthers. If the Bucs pull out with an early lead expect Martin to threaten 150 yards from scrimmage on the day. Martin is locked and loaded as an RB1 the rest of the way. We have Carson Palmer ranked as the number nine QB for week eleven as the Raiders sqaure off against...

Waiver Wire Pickups Week 11

Waiver Wire Pickups Week 11 The final week of NFL bye weeks has arrived. This week you will be replacing players, from the Minnesota Vikings, New York Giants, Seattle Seahawks, and the Tennessee Titans. With the massive amount of injuries sustained in week 10, especially at the quarterback position, week 11 will be a very interesting  for fantasy owners. So let’s get started: Quarterback...

Start’em Sit’em Week 11

Start’em Sit’em Week 11 This season feels like a bad dream that just keeps getting worse and worse when it comes to injuries. When a QB goes down, not only do you lose a possible starter, other players on those teams are impacted.  Regardless, the push for the fantasy playoffs is on and with all this craziness from week 10, having that right someone to fill in can make all...
