Rodney Hudson to Stop in and Visit Steelers Brass

Another day and more beef.  The Steelers are showing their needs with the prospects they have brought in.  Of the 7 prospects that have seen the Steelers all but one are in areas of need:  2 Defensive Linemen, 3 Cornerbacks and now Rodney Hudson, an Offensive Linemen from Florida State. Hudson is a Senior Guard out of Florida State.  He is a more agile type guard than a Mauler.  He has great feet and quickness.  Hudson will be better in the pass game than the run.  Most feel he would be a better Center than Guard in the NFL.  His size puts him at a disadvantage.  He played his senior season at round 280.  He bulked up for the combine weighing in at 299 but the 20 lbs that he put on looked bad on him.  He can easily send that in the right direction with a good strength coach in the NFL. He is projected as a second round pick in this year’s class. With his position most likely being Center and us just drafting Maurkice Pouncey, I do not look for us to draft Hudson but he is a go...
