San Francisco 49ers offensive lineman Al Netter was arrested Wednesday by the San Jose CHP and charged with driving under the influence.  Netter was cited for having a blood alcohol count above the legal limit of .08, according to the Santa Rose Press Democrat. “The 49ers are aware of the recent matter involving Al Netter,” the 49ers said in a statement through publicity director Bob Lange. “We take these issues very seriously, but will reserve comment at this time as this is an ongoing legal matter.
