Secret Identity #1: a new contest

Every month or so, Secrets of the City will be picturing someone of note around town, captured in their unique environment, but with their face cleverly obscured.  All you do is figure out who it is, and send us an email with your answer.  We'll give it about a week, and then draw a winner from all those who have answered correctly! The winner will get a cool prize [think Crispin All Natural Hard Cider, or certificates to local eateries, and/or maybe other assorted things donated by the subjects]. Easy, fun, and very secretive.
