So Glad I will NEVER Have To Watch Phil Hughes Pitch Again

Posted September 25, 2013

I have rooted for the Yankees for many years. After a career in the military I settled in Arizona, so I don't get to see all the games. When they are on MLB Network or ESPN or maybe TNT I jump at the chance to watch. Hughes took the mound for his last start this season today and it was on ESPN. I could not watch when the Yankees were in the field because I am sick of this loser. He has never lived up to the potential the Yankees felt he had and has in fact regressed. Down the stretch I was amazed Joe was still sending him out there.

Thank God he is a free agent because I doubt the Yankees will offer him a new contract, they would be crazy if they did. And while I'm ranting, I also can't stand to see Joba Chamberlain in Pinstripes either, so since he is also a free agent I am sure I will never have to watch him disgrace the uniform any longer either. Good riddance guys, don't let the door hit you in the butt on the way out the door.
