Sports Picks Review Monday Sept 13th

Well after taking a tremendous amount of time off we are back with are normal daily blogging and on a BIG run.

7-3 up 8.8 Units in the last 3 days capped by a perfect 3-0 sweep of NCAA Football action on Saturday as I am headed to Vegas this weeks all my picks will be released early.
Here are My Picks for Monday:

1. Chargers -4 -110 for 4.4 Units
Look for the best line you can get several books have this at 4 not 4.5 if not buy the half, The Chargers should be major favorites here last time these teams met the spread was -13.5

The Public is largely banking on the Chiefs improvements well where did they improve? their rushing game was worse in the pre-season and last year this team finished with an AVG of 120 yards per game for the 11th best rushing attack in football ahead of Minnesota and Pittsburgh both known as good rushing teams.

Thier ground attack even if ten yards better per game which I highly doubt does that mean more wins? Cassel is unproven and prone to turnover the ball.

Then enter the Chargers off a terrible start to last season added Ryan Mathews to the second worst rushing attack in football averaged 88.9 Yards per game and will definetly improve tonight as the Chiefs were ranked 31st against the run last season. Then Phillip Rivers everyone is focused on Vincent Jackson being away which does hurt the Chargers but Rivers is a throw it everywhere QB.

In the end Chargers stack the line and dare Cassel to make the throwns to beat them, but he has been so unsuccessful in these type of moments with the Chiefs it’s hard to think he bucks this trend.
2. Baltimore -137 for 3 Units
I know the Jays have beaten the O’s 12 straight times but every game was before Buck Showalter and this is not a good pitching match-up, looking at the trend data from the last 30 days

Record As Home Favorite 1-2, 33% -123 Baltimore Orioles
When Brian Matusz Starts 4-1, 80% 543 Baltimore Orioles


Baltimore is playing the better baseball Matusz has won three straight starts and Marc has struggled this trend is long over due to go the other way and we are getting a complimentary line because it exists
Review: Chargers started tough again but the Chiefs were better the line seemed like a good time to take advantage I have been working on laying off favorites and I Bit here, still liked the second play though as Baltimore out hit and outplayed Toronto up 3-1 and blew it in the eighth; almost cost them the game.
