Stephen Strasburg missed his last scheduled start on Friday against the Philadelphia Phillies with right forearm tightness.  He did not throw on Saturday and will play catch today.  If  there are no setbacks, he is scheduled to throw a bullpen session on Monday. As reported by Tom Schad of MLB.com, Nationals' medical staff and pitching coach Steve McCatty  told manager Davey Johnson that Strasburg is unavailable to start before Thursday.  Johnson is planning to start Ross Ohlendorf on Wednesday instead of Gio Gonzalez, who pitched last night in the Nationals' 5-4 loss to the Phillies.  "I don't know how you could do it any other way. But it all depends," Johnson said. "I was hoping that [Strasburg] could go Wednesday and everybody's in line, but [McCatty and the medical staff] don't feel that's doable. So, we'll have to see how he goes this week. And then if he doesn't [feel ready], we could always put him in whenever." The injury to Strasburg, who said it happened while trying a new pitch on Thursday, is not believed to be serious. The Nationals', who are 78-70 and need near perfect stretch in the final 14 games, need a healthy Strasburg to have any chance at the post season. Strasburg is 7-9 with a 2.96 earned run average. In 170 innings he has allowed only 124 hits and struck out 181.  He has a career record of 28-19 with an earned run average of 2.95.  In 421 1/3 innings, he's allowed 331 hits and 119 walks, while striking out 494.
