Target Practice, Week 4: Julio Jones leads the pack

In Week 4, if you didn't see double-digit targets, you weren't really trying. Twenty different players — 17 wide receivers, three tight ends — had at least 10 targets over the weekend, and another dozen players saw nine. These seem like big numbers to me.
