It's a running joke, this bet, but a joke that's much less funny to Mr. Sunday Red these days. We're so used to Tiger winning that we're surprised he's losing in the way that everybody else always loses -- missing the cut, coming up short in a Sunday charge, surrendering a late lead. It happens to everybody, of course, and it was ridiculous to think that Tiger wouldn't suffer the same stumbles as every other human being on the planet. But he wants to finish 2009 with a flourish, and the way he romped last week served notice. No disrespect to Messrs.
