By Liz Clarke/Washington PostMaryland officials on Wednesday announced that Ernie Graham and Johnny Rhodes will become the 17th and 18th former men’s basketball players to have their jerseys honored in pregame ceremonies at Comcast Center later this month.Graham will have his jersey raised on Feb. 16, when Maryland hosts Boston College. Rhodes’s jersey will be honored Feb. 21, when Maryland hosts Miami.Graham’s 1,607 career points rank 13th in Maryland history, but he is most remembered for the 44 points he scored as a sophomore against North Carolina State in 1978, which still endures as a single-game school record. As a junior, he helped lead Coach Lefty Driesell’s squad to the NCAA Sweet 16, averaging more than 15 points a game while accounting for 136 assists, 230 rebounds and 43 steals.Rhodes, the ACC’s all-time steals leader (344), played for Maryland Coach Gary Williams for four seasons (1992-96).
