This Given Sunday:
Terrell Owens was one of the great showmen of the NFL for a long time, but those days are gone. Unfortunately, Owens seems to enjoy hanging around far after his presence is no longer required.
Earlier this week, Terrell Owens spoke on NFL Radio, and his latest target for employment appears to be Kansas City. Owens indicated that he would fit well with Andy Reid in Kansas City. If Reid remembers anything of Owens from their days in Philadelphia, Reid will stay far, far away.
Owens cited the west coast offense as a good fit for him, saying that the Vikings and Chiefs would make good locations. When asked if anyone was interested in his services this season, he provided us a predictable answer with an optimistic twist.
"Nothing as of right now," Owens said on the broadcast. "So I understand the process; obviously teams are really taking a closer look in evaluating their younger players. Being a free agent, I understand that later in the months as training cam...

Chad Johnson should’ve been punished for playfully slapping his lawyer’s butt in court, but I’m not sure jail time was the answer. Amazingly, Johnson is still locked up nearly a week later. Despite his lawyer’s attempts, the judge hasn’t budged […]
One year ago, Matt Barkley probably would have been inking a multi-year deal worth millions more than the 4-year deal he signed with the Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday. Many expected him to be not only a first-round pick, but to challenge Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin III as the first QB taken in the NFL Draft. But, that’t not what happened, as Barkley returned for a his senior...
