Texas Tech looks to get back on track Monday against Texas Southern in the first round of the Progressive Legends Classic.

Texas Tech, once 7-0 and ranked in the top ten, has had a tough last month. The Red Raiders have dropped four contests in a row, and finishing with a losing record in the Big 12 (they’re currently 4-4) has become a distinct possibility. But if the team can defeat Texas next Thursday night, you won’t hear anyone in Lubbock calling the 2013 campaign a disappointment.
Texas Tech has had a rough final stretch to the season after starting 7-0. They have lost 4 games in a row and now sit a 7-4 and 6th in the Big 12. Perhaps they needed something to lift their spirits because Under Armour released their “Lone Star” uniforms that they will be wearing for the Texas game on November 28th.
