Nine days after covering the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series field and leading all 204 laps at Bristol Motor Speedway en route to victory, Timothy Peters and his Red Horse Racing crew will return to competition at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Though Red Horse Racing has not yet scored a victory in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) at any intermediate track in his eight year history, Peters is encouraged after the improvements he experienced at a similar track, Chicagoland Speedway, earlier this year. Crew chief Butch Hylton and the No. 17 Red Horse Racing crew have prepared the same Toyota Tundra chassis for Peters that he drove to a third place finish at Chicagoland. “I can’t wait to get to Atlanta, especially coming off a run like we had at Bristol.
