Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen sued!

Tom and Gisele are getting sued by two photographers from Costa Rica. Apparently they're being sued because Tom and Gisele's body guards opened fire on the two camera men in their vehicle in Costa Rica. Bullets went through the window of the car and came within inches of seriously wounding one of the photographers. They are asking for $1 million dollars from Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, not for physical injury but because of the mental stress they've incurred since the April attack. A little analysis: This doesn't surprise me at all, what do you expect? You're trying to take pictures of Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, you're an idiot if you don't expect some body guards taking shots at you. I'm surprised these guys weren't captured and turned into cement blocks or something. If I'm getting shot at I'm not asking Tom Brady for 1 million for emotional distress. I'd just be happy to keep the wedding pictures, forget the cash.
