Tommy Baldwin Racing and TeamSLR Form a Technical Alliance for Scott Lagasse Jr.’s Return to the NASCAR Nationwide Series

Tommy Baldwin Racing (TBR) and TeamSLR formed a technical alliance to assist TeamSLR in their transition to NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) competition. Scott Lagasse Jr. will pilot the No. 8 Hybridlight/BSA Chevrolet in three events this season. TBR will provide chassis and crew, including Crew Chief Brad Parrott. The Hybridlight/BSA team will make their debut this weekend at Kentucky Speedway, as Lagasse competes in the Kentucky 300. Lagasse made 41 starts in the NNS since his debut in 2005. The St. Augustine, Fla., native scored five top-10 and 12 top-15 finishes and eight top-10 starts. TeamSLR is the creation of Lagasse as he continues to grow his family-run race team into the upper levels of NASCAR.
