Almost a week after “Baby J” was born, the Johnsons finally decided on a name for their baby girl.

It’s not a big deal. I’m sure there is a reason why a man and his wife, who spend most of their time in the public eye, are so indecisive that they couldn’t come up with a name for their child even after 9 months.

That’s why I got together with some of the biggest race fans in the world, including the boys from the Nuff Racing League, to compile a list.

Here are the top 10 possible reasons that 4-time Sprint Cup champion Jimmie Johnson had a hard time coming up with a name for his baby girl:

10. He was too busy trying to decide on left or right-side tires.

9. The only word he could think about was “Chase”.

8. He couldn’t see the baby because of the $$ in his eyes.

7. He was waiting to hear back from Jeff, who’s still fuming over the Talladega incident.

6. He used up all his name ideas on his Sprint Cup trophies.

5. The only name he knows how to spell is “J.J.”.

4. The hospital wouldn’t accept “4-Time” as a legit baby name.

3. “Chad Jr.” isn’t a girl’s name.

2. The only help NASCAR could offer him was a debris caution.

And the #1 reason Jimmie Johnson can’t pick a baby name:

1. He was waiting on a decision from his crew chief, Chad Knaus.
