Track. Tiger Men Second at Texas A&M, Women Third

The Mizzou track and field team completed action at the Texas A&M Invitational on Saturday (Feb. 11) in College Station and claimed three event titles while setting plenty of personal-bests throughout the competition. The highlight of the meet for Mizzou came in the overall team scores in which the Tiger men finished second overall, trailing only defending national champion Texas A&M, while the women took third, behind just Texas A&M and Baylor. The team finishes came despite Mizzou traveling only about a third of its normal competition roster, which bodes well for the team heading into the championship portion of the schedule.
