Mike Mulligan of the Chicago Sun Times is reporting that Bears GM, Mike Martz, contacted former Chiefs QB, Trent Green about coming back to football to serve as a backup to Jay Cutler. The report states that Green declined the offer but that “The situation might be fluid.” We all remember the horrifying hit Trent took in the 2006 opener against the Cincinnati Bengals.
