Trevor Bayne will make his highly anticipated return to the NASCAR Nationwide Series on Friday night at Bristol Motor Speedway. Bayne will pilot an orange-themed car at the Food City 250. Bayne, a Knoxville resident and big University of Tennessee fan will drive a “We Back Pat™”-themed Roush Fenway Ford sponsored by YourRaceCar.com in honor of legendary basketball coach Pat Summitt. Summit was diagnosed in August of 2011 with early on-set Alzheimer’s disease. "Growing up in Knoxville, I've always been a big UT fan and an even bigger fan of Pat Summit,” said Bayne, winner of the 2011 Daytona 500. “I have always respected what she stood for and how she conducted business.” Bayne will be back in action after a three-month hiatus from the Series.
