UCF Knights: Rice Owls seem to have the cure for Central Florida's Hurricanes hangover

• LET'S LOOK AHEAD : UCF (3-3, 1-2 in Conference USA) couldn't ask for a better way to bounce back from an emotional 27-7 loss to No. 9 Miami. The Knights hit the road to face struggling Rice in Houston. The Owls, who are 0-7 overall after losing a slew of offensive stars to the NFL, are the sole winless Conference USA team this season. Rice is coming off a 49-13 loss at East Carolina Saturday. QB Nick Fanuzzi turned in the best performance of his career during the loss to the Pirates, completing 25-of-43 passes for 231 yards and one touchdown.
